Setup & Usage Guidelines

Setup Basics

The Outdoor Canopy kit consists of a frame, canopy top, and sidewalls.

  • Level Surface: Choose a flat, stable area for canopy setup. Clear any debris or sharp objects from the ground.
  • Frame Assembly: Follow the instructions to erect the heavy-duty frame. Ensure all locking mechanisms are securely engaged.
  • Canopy Top: Drape the waterproof canopy top over the assembled frame, securing it at all corners and edges to prevent flapping.
  • Sidewall Attachment:Attach the sidewalls using the provided fasteners (velcro or clips) for added protection from wind or sun.

USE & MAINTENANCE

  • Anchoring: Use Ground Steaks for Anchoring
  • Cleaning: Wipe down the canopy top and sidewalls with a damp cloth if they become dirty. Ensure they are completely dry before packing away to prevent mold.
  • Weather: While designed for outdoor use, it is recommended to dismantle the canopy during extreme weather conditions such as heavy storms, high winds, or snow accumulation.

  • Combined Units: For larger events, multiple canopies can be set up adjacent to each other to create an expansive covered area.
