Giant Yard Pong Rules
Giant Yard Pong Rules
SET UP The Giant Yard Pong game consists of 12 buckets and 2 plastic balls.
Arrange 6 buckets in a triangle formation at one end of the playing area, similar to bowling pins. Do the same with the other 6 buckets at the opposite end.
Players or teams stand behind their own set of buckets.
GAME PLAY
Players take turns throwing the balls from behind their buckets, aiming to land a ball in an opponent's bucket.
If a ball lands in a bucket, that bucket is removed from play.
If both players on a team make their shots, they get the balls back for another turn.
The Goal: Be the first team to eliminate all of your opponent's buckets.

Winning
WINNING
The first player or team to eliminate all of their opponent's buckets wins the game.
For a new game, simply reset all buckets in their triangle formations.
How to Play Giant Yard Pong with Variations?
- Re-racks: Teams can call for a "re-rack" once per game, rearranging the remaining buckets into a more favorable formation (e.g., a diamond or line).
- Bounce Shots: If a ball bounces before landing in a bucket, it counts for 2 buckets removed, but the defending team can attempt to swat it away after the bounce.
- Sudden Death: If the game comes down to one bucket per side, players can agree to move the remaining buckets closer together for a high-stakes finish.
